Founding Members
Dr. Johan and Houkje Esterhuizen are passionate about helping individuals clearly define and successfully pursue their assignment in life - this has been their mission for the past 35 years. In pursuit of this passion, they are not only the founders of Focus TDS, but they established 122 training sites, which facilitates the International School of Ministry (ISOM)
Dr. Johan Esterhuizen is a certified Professional Business and Life Coach through Dr Bill Price’s VIP Leadership and Strategic Coaching Institute. He is registered with COMESA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa).
As International Directors of the USA based Focus Life Institute, LLC, which was founded by Dr. Ed Turose, they are responsible for the development of the Focus Life materials and training outside the USA. To give effect to this assignment they have co-founded Focus Training and Development Solutions NPC (Focus TDS) to raise up Focus Coaches and Facilitators. The vision is to equip this generation with the tools to be successful and fulfil their purpose and destiny, starting from the southern tip of Africa and into the nations.
Focus TDS facilitates the locally appropriate application of the Focus Life Institute’s educational & strategic training curriculum. A number of individual courses that forms a synergistic unit, equips, educates and empowers individuals to FOCUS on identifying their calling and assignment in life and fulfil their destiny.
